Ethics? Appeals? There’s ethical pitfalls in appellate work? Well, yes there is and Elwood Earl “Sandy” Sanders, former Appellate Defender and Appellate Procedure Consultant at Lantagne Legal Printing, will speak on a number of ethical issues in state appellate work.
