February CLE: Fundamentals of Zoning – From the Comprehensive Plan to Compliance.
On February 12, 2020, Max Hlavin will present the basics of land use law, with a focus on James City County. 
Discussion will include zoning fundamentals (comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, special use permits, variances), zoning enforcement, and how to help clients navigate the different processes they might encounter. We will be applying for 1 hour of CLE credit.
